1. Purchase a SoClean 2 between March 2, 2020 and June 30, 2020.
2. Enclose the completed mail-in rebate form.
3. Enclose your dated proof of purchase in the form of an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice for a SoClean 2.
4. Mail all items in a single envelope by August 30, 2020.
